1. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The minimum order weight is 100 kg per order. You may combine different products in one order, but the total weight must reach at least 100 kg to complete checkout.
2. How can I pay for my order securely, and what payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept bank transfer only. All payments are processed through secure banking channels to ensure your transaction is protected and safe.
3. How will the order be shipped, and what is the estimated delivery time?
Orders are shipped by sea freight. The estimated delivery time is 40–60 business days. Our professional team will keep you updated with the shipping progress and provide accurate delivery information throughout the process.
4. How many payments are required to complete the order, and how much is each payment?
Your payment schedule depends on your membership tier at the time the order is placed.
VIP Members
VIP Members generally complete payment in 2 stages:
50% Order Confirmation Deposit
Paid before sourcing, production, or fulfillment begins.
50% Final Balance Before ETD
Paid after the vessel schedule / ETD is confirmed and before shipment departure.
Platinum Members
Eligible Platinum Members may complete payment in 3 stages:
30% Order Confirmation Payment
40% Factory Release Payment
30% Destination Port Payment
B21 will proceed to the next fulfillment stage only after the required payment has been received and cleared.
5. How can I track my order shipment?
After your order is confirmed and the 30% prepayment is received, we will begin preparing and arranging shipment for your order.
Since our orders are shipped by sea freight rather than standard express delivery services, tracking updates may not appear in real time like regular courier shipments. Once the shipment is arranged, we will provide you with a logistics tracking link where available shipping updates can be checked.
In addition, our customer service team will manually follow up on the shipping status with the logistics company and keep you informed throughout the transportation process until your order is successfully delivered.
