Currently, B21 accepts:
Payment is considered completed only after funds have been received and cleared in B21’s designated bank account.
Screenshots, pending confirmations, or transfer instructions do not constitute completed payment.
Standard VIP payment terms:
50% Deposit — required before sourcing or production begins
50% Final Balance — required before ETD (Estimated Time of Departure)
Eligible Platinum Members may qualify for:
30% Order Confirmation Payment
40% Factory Release Payment
30% Destination Port Payment
Eligibility is subject to account review and payment history.
If payment is delayed or incomplete, B21 may suspend:
Production
Procurement
Packaging
Shipping
Customs coordination
Final delivery
B21 is not liable for losses caused by delayed payment or non-payment.
Customers are responsible for:
Wire transfer fees
Intermediary bank charges
Currency exchange fees
Other payment-related costs
Prices shown on the platform may change without notice before order confirmation.
Confirmed orders remain subject to the agreed quotation or invoice.
B21 reserves the right to reject suspicious transactions, request additional verification, or suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.
